About the job
KAZUAR is looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join, build and manage our Sales department.
What you will be doing
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
What you will Bring
Minimum of seven years of experience in a sales leadership position.
Minimum of four years of experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
Experience in selling to the European market
Experience selling technology solutions with an emphasis on cyber solutions, networking, and virtualization.
Experience in selling to enterprise organizations and working with senior executives
Proven ability to drive the sales process from end to end.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Nice to have
2+ years of experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role
